This starter uses privacy-conscious defaults. The site operator must review and publish a legally appropriate privacy policy before launch.
Profile visibility
Only searchable profiles appear in the friend search. Search results show profile photo and name. Users can disable search visibility in profile settings.
Contact details
Phone and WhatsApp contact options are restricted to approved members of the same organisation and batch, when the target member has enabled contact sharing. Users can block another user.
Photos and media
Uploaded photos are stored outside the public web directory and served through an access-checking endpoint. Group photos are shown only to approved group members unless a public visibility option is explicitly configured.
Account and content requests
Contact the site administrator to request correction or removal of personal information, report impersonation, or raise a privacy or copyright concern. A production deployment must provide a monitored contact address and a documented response process.
Operator responsibilities
Before public launch, configure HTTPS, email verification, backups, retention rules, abuse reporting, and applicable privacy notices. Do not upload another person's private data without permission.
